It's disturbing yet interesting.
Weird but cute.
I was shocked when I saw my block-mates very serious in watching this movie, everyone was reacting to what's happening in the movie.
I admit that I seldom appreciate anime or movies, I'm a very choosy person when it comes to this movie. Because I always consider the question "Is this worth watching?" Then I try to research about it for a while so that I can have a reference for it. But when I entered the room, you can AVR everyone's faces are so dead serious on watching parasyte. I was late, that's why I did not know what was happening, the first scene I saw was the guy was talking to his hand and was controlling him it was really weird so I ask Marlou Macalalad on what was happening in the movie so that I can catch up with them. Then he explains.
At first I was bored, because I thought it was corny but when it included Shinichi Izumi's mom I started doing my thing. What I do is I try to guess what was going to happen next in the movie and I ended up getting the right guess . I really have a soft part for this very sad moments, that's the time when I got interested in the movie and realized that it was not that corny. Because it tackles about family, friendship, hardship, love. The ending was a "cliff hanger "everyone was saying" SNAKE! " and just started giving comments about the movie. The editing was superb, it was very convincing specially when it comes to the Alien like figures of the antagonist in the story. It was disgusting and scary that it makes us scream. Overall the movie was quite good and you'll really learn something from it.
